Chocolate, banana and chia smoothie

I have been trying hard recently to watch what I eat drink, and although while writing this I am enjoying a glass of red wine and a rather large block of Cadbury black forest chocolate (🙊) for the most part I have been quite good!

I really enjoy a smoothie in the morning as a great alternative to the usual toast or cereal. I find the smoothies super quick to make and that I feel full and energised to start the day. This is a really quick and easy one that you can make with things that you already have on hand. And it is delicious to boot!


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1 banana
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey

Prep time: 2 minutes
Serves: 1 person

HOW TO

Put everything into a blender and whizzzzzz it up! Enjoy!! 💜
